Prasanthi Studio is a family yoga and wellness center dedicated to supporting local families as a resource center offering services, classes, workshops and support groups specifically designed for growing families. We believe in the strength of community. Become part of our family. We offer weekly programs right here in Pelham including prenatal yoga, toddler enrichment and play, mommy baby yoga, mommy baby stroller fitness, and family yoga. We also offer private sessions in childbirth education, lactation support, meditation, infant massage, reflexology, prenatal massage, prenatal yoga, and thai yoga massage for couples. Prenatal Yoga is a safe and gentle class for women to attend throughout their pregnancy. Women will learn specific yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques designed to relieve the physical and emotional discomforts that occur during pregnancy, and to prepare them, body, mind, and spirit, to give birth. Prenatal Yoga will benefit you through all stages of your pregnancy. Advanced registration required. $20/class or apply class cards. Register online here.
Family Yoga (Ages 4+)

This class is for families with children from 4 years old and older. Family yoga classes are structured like kids yoga classes with emphasis on interactive and partner poses for kids and adults to do together. We’ll do age-appropriate yoga poses, breathing, movement games, and relaxation. No yoga experience required. Poses and games in this class are most appropriate for children ages 4-12, but younger siblings are welcome. Advanced reservations required. $25/ family per session. Reserve online here
Mommy Baby Yoga
(6- week series)

Welcome your baby to Yoga while enhancing the bond between the two of you in a fun and loving environment. This class will help you get your body back in shape and your mind centered and focused; all the while allowing play for the little ones introducing them to exercises to strengthen growing muscles and help each child as they grow into their next stage of development. Mothers will enjoy the benefits of a post natal Yoga experience in a joyful, non-competitive environment. The group will be able to share together as we begin this journey to health, well-being, and fun. Caregivers are welcome to attend with the child in place of Mom :) $120 for 6 classes.
