This six month health coaching program helps you find balance in your life by educating and encouraging in multiple areas of wellness, such as work and life, nutrition and meal planning, exercise, medications, and self-esteem. A holistic health coach will guide you with this health approach because they believe that all parts of health are connected and looking at one individual area of wellness is not sufficient. As part of this work, a holistic health coach will also engage in other activities related to business and health services, such as coordinating with physicians on behalf of the client and keep client records, if you would like. Each 50-minute session will include discussion, handouts, and giveaways. small group and one on one sessions available.

Yoga
Work 1-on-1 with a teacher and get individualized instruction & scheduling flexibility. This is a great way to practice on-going, or periodically to check in more specifically with things relating to the asana practice as your life & body & asana interests shift. Private yoga sessions offer more individualized attention to YOUR body when dealing with injuries, pregnancy, post-baby, specific asana questions & refinement, meditation, chanting, or anything related to the OVER-ALL yoga practice that you want to go DEEPER in. ($95/ lesson. Up to 4 people permitted per class) Meditation Meditation can mean many things to many people. If you need help delving deep into your heart, or if you simply need assistance relaxing, guided meditation may provide the answer you are seeking. Through a series of breath exercises, poses, or visualizations, guided meditation will leave you relaxed and feeling more at peace with yourself. ($95/ session. Up to 4 people permitted per session) Mindfulness Mindfulness practices use present moment awareness to help regulate emotions, thoughts, and body sensation. If you find that you have a hard time managing stress or that your thoughts sometimes prevent you from enjoying the beautiful things in your life, mindfulness practices can give you the tools you need to have peace of mind. Privates include contemplative exercises like breath work, meditation, and body movement to help you cultivate a state of mind that allows you to enjoy every moment you experience. ($95/ session. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
