School Break Yoga & Mindfulness Programs (Grades K-5) 
February 16-20 from 8:30a-11:30a
  & March 30- April 4 from 8:30a-11:30a 
Need something to do for school break? Try this five day yoga and mindfulness immersion, designed to provide kids with a fun, creative, educational and enriching experience. Through a combination of yoga poses and games, group activities, themed craft projects, relaxation time, and more, kids will be able to strengthen their bodies, minds, and hearts. We offer a non-competitive, nurturing and supportive environment where kids can learn to learn to work cooperatively as well as learn to care for and nurture themselves. Each week-long program is sure to create lasting memories, new friendships, and a foundation for health and well-being.  Advanced reservations required. $50/ day or $225/ week. PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS
Little Lotus Buds (Ages  3-5)
Children will experience and learn more than 50 unique and engaging yoga  postures, rhymes and activities. Children delight in practicing yoga,  discovering new movements and singing together while increasing  flexibility, body awareness, coordination, and balance


Toddler Yoga & Art (Ages 2-5)         Parent/ Caregiver Stays
Yoga is a wonderful way for toddlers to explore and learn about their body, providing a safe and fun outlet for  limitless energy. Yoga also encourages toddlers to develop  listening, focusing, and centering skills that can be brought off the mat and into their everyday lives. In toddler yoga we will explore yoga through music, story telling, games, and visual arts. This 6 week series fosters social interaction and friendships for toddlers and peers, allowing them to share this experience as they grow and develop together.

Kids Yoga (Ages 6-9)
This yoga class provides a great way for your child to unwind and exercise after a long school day. In a non-competitive and nurturing environment, learning over 35 different yoga poses and sequences. Thematic ideas such as peace, respect, & acceptance will be introduced. This class provides a fun filled way to cultivate self-esteem and body awareness. Yoga style games refine co-operation and listening skills and introduce mindfulness and other awareness based practices. Our goal is to develop strong minds and bodies while learning to release tension, focus, and relax.

Pre-Teen Yoga (Ages 10-12)
Classes emphasize stress reducing yoga postures and class discussions on how the yoga practices can be applied to our daily lives. Yoga is especially helpful for teenagers in the following ways: helps create a strong and flexible body and mind, helps to create a sense of self acceptance and inner peace, helps get you through life’s “trouble spots”, helps with focus and concentration, and enhances performance in sports and other extracurricular activities.


Teen Yoga & Mindfulness (Ages 13+)
Learn effective yogic tools to handle stress, anger, anxiety, depression, and other challenges facing teens. Practice breathing techniques to calm, energize, and balance the nervous system, practice flowing sequences, challenging poses, partner and group poses, restorative yoga, and deep relaxation. Dive deeper into the history and philosophy of yoga, Sanskrit, and meditation. Students will develop compassion and self-confidence, empowering them to be agents of peace in the world.
